The Website provides general information about BNCP’s crop procurement activities and allows producers to submit inquiries or pre-harvest registrations. Website content is for informational purposes only.

Any pricing, logistics, or timelines discussed are subject to confirmation in writing and may depend on factors such as market conditions, scheduling availability, and verification of the lot details provided.

3) Specifications, samples, and confirmation

Where applicable, product specifications and conditions are confirmed through documented communication and practical verification methods (including representative sampling and/or shared test results). Terms, including payment method and pickup coordination details, are confirmed in writing before dispatch or loading.

4) Payment at loading

BNCP may issue payment at loading using a method confirmed in advance (for example, EFT, wire, or other agreed method). Payment timing and method are subject to the agreed written terms and required documentation.

5) User responsibilities

You agree that information you submit is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge, including:

Commodity type, volume estimates, and lot separation (if applicable)
Location and access notes relevant to pickup
Quality notes and any test results provided

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content and not to interfere with the Website’s operation or security.

6) Intellectual property

All Website content (text, graphics, logos, design elements) is owned by BNCP or used under permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. BNCP is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
